Customer Comments: Hello! I would like to inquire about getting a quote for two fireplace screens. I’m looking something simple like the designs on your website number 9, number 10, number 20, or number 30 (Free Standing Screens with Doors). A simple screen with doors. We have two wood fireplaces that were converted to gas. They are slightly different measurements. Would you like me to send the measurements with Photos or what’s the best way to move forward?
Our Comments: In this application, I recommend using an attached screen rather than free standing. It will give you a cleaner look with less obstruction to the fireplace design. I have created mockups showing both types.

These mesh doors are made from steel sheet metal that is formed to make a 3/4" deep frame that mounts to the fireplace. There are seams at the joints where the metal is formed.
Option #2: Hearth Creations Formed Steel Fireplace Mesh Door in Charcoal.
These mesh doors are made from 3/16" thick solid steel that mounts flat to the fireplace for a clean-sophisticated look.
Option #3: Elegant Steel Fireplace Mesh Door with Window Pane Design in Black.
Hand forged by a blacksmith from 1/4" thick solid wrought iron with heavy duty mesh. Not only are these built to be used, they take on a more rugged natural look for those who appreciate craftsmanship and tasteful details. These can be made as a single door with an unobstructed view of the fire, or framed cabinet doors.
