Our Comments: We can have a wind guard made using 1/4" tempered glass for safety. The ideal size is 2" wider than the fire pit on all 4 sides with the glass 8" to 12" tall. Leaving the 2" space reduces soot build-up on the glass and allows space for a cover to be used if needed. The closest standard size is 45" W x 23" D x 8" H. The ideal size would be 47" W x 24.5" D x 12" H
