Our Comments: To keep the cost down, I am presenting each of these options with a plain black surround. There are many other options for more decorative surround trims at a higher cost that we can explore, just let me know.

Template Instructions:

1. Tape a piece of heavy plastic sheeting to the fireplace.
2. Make sure the bottom edge is perfectly straight and even with the hearth.
3. Make sure it is taped tightly enough to remove any wrinkles.
4. Trace the shape of the opening with a fine tip marker including the mortar joints.
5. If you make a mistake, make a note and point to the correct part of the line that is to be used.
6. Mark the template as shown with: Fireplace Treatments, Customer: (Your Name), PO# (To Be Provided), Outside Looking In.
7. Email me a picture of the template and leave it in place so I can see how it was made and approve it.
8. Once I approve it, you can take it down, cut off the tape and mail it to the address that I provide.
